S.M.B.C. 21 Day FAST 2026

This event starts on Monday 5th and ends Wednesday 21st This event will Include of:

Fast starts on January 5-25 and from 6a.m until 6pm. daily we will fast. Asking God to strengthen us and take out of us anything that is not of HIM. During the Fast make time to pray at least three times a day. Sometime during the day or before going to bed, set aside time to read at least three chapters of God’s word without distraction TV, radio or phone, ect.  Avoid all distractions and ask for God to strengthen you during those moments of temptation. If you mistakenly eat something that’s not on the ACCEPTABLE FOOD list, immediately pray a prayer of forgiveness and keep with the Fast (DON’T STOP). 

 THE LIST OF ACCEPTABLE FOODS

NO PROCESSED FOODS (FROZEN DINNERS,HAMBURGER HELPER, BREAD, PASTA SHELLS, ECT)

• Water

• Honey 

• Fruits(fresh,frozen,dry)

• Vegetables(fresh,frozen,dry)

• Brown Rice, Brown Oats 

• Fish 

• NOT ACCEPTABLE: CHICKEN, BEEF, PORK, WILD GAME,

• NO EGGS, EGGS WHITES OR POWDERED EGGS. 

• NO BLEACHED PRODUCTS, FLOUR,SUGAR,WHITE GRITS, OATS,ETC.

• NO DAIRY PRODUCTS,MADE FROM ANIMALS, ONLY PLANT BASE 

• NO ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS SWEET-LOW,EQUAL,SPLENDA,  

• NO BEEF STOCK, CHICKEN STOCK, BONE BROTH   

• NO COFFEE, TEA,SODA’S ETC.

Febuary 2026

Monday 9th– Pastor Harris and Elect Lady Harris 28th Anniversary

Friday 20th and Saturday 21st- On the 20th and the 21st Pre church Anniversary (starts at 5pm)

SUNDAY 22nd- Summerville Missionary Baptist Church 148th Anniversary( starts at 1pm)

• Guest church Friendship Baptist church Pastor T.C. Edward and the Friendship Baptist Church of Aiken, SC.

-Sisterhood Ministry will meet every 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00am

-Brotherhood Ministry will meet every 3rd Saturday of each month at 10:30am

-SMBC Choir practice will be every Saturday at 11:00am

Pastor Harris 6th Year Anniversary: Pastor Mark Harris is celebrating 6 blessed years at Summerville Missionary Baptist Church, and making a difference one person at a time, one day at a time with the blessings of God. The Historic First Ebenezer Baptist Church will be our guest at Summberville MBC on August 10th at 12pm to celebrate this tremendous day, with the grace of God.
